Ian Wessel joined RAM Real Estate &
Financial Services at the start of 2007.
I came into real estate with
the philosophy that if I could help people
navigate though this difficult time in the
housing market, it would be as much of a public

Francisco "Paco" Bertomeu born in Rio de
Janeiro and raised in Curitiba, southern Brasil, Paco graduated
from the Federal Technical College of Paraná, his home state, in
Architectural design and was drafted into the Brazilian Army in
1967 as a paratrooper.
In 1970 he became a skydiving instructor,
founder and director of a skydiving club in his state, Paraná,
Southern Brazil. Paco has traveled several countries in Latin
America and Europe, and lived in Costa Brava, Catalunya (Spain).
His family is originally from Barcelona.
He moved to the U.S. in 1984 and lives in
Salinas with his native Californian wife, Kathy and their three
sons and daugthers-in-law, Paquitin and Jessica, Chris, Pieter
and Francine. Fluent in Spanish, Portuguese and English, he
joined CENTURY 21 - Red, White and Blue in 1995, and RAM Real
Estate in 2002 after the closing of Red, White and Blue,
specializing in finding the right property, from being your
dream home to fixer upper, income properties investment or first
time buyers.

Ferial Ardalan has joined RAM REAL
ESTATE AND FINANCIAL SERVICES from a versatile professional
background. In addition to her Real Estate education and degree,
Ferial is also a language major with a Master’s degree. Prior to
joining the Real Estate profession, Ferial served as a language
instructor at various academic institutes, colleges, and
universities, and also worked at the Corporate World in various
departments – Training, Public Relations, Relocations, and
Finance. Prior to her relocation to California in 1989, Ferial
was a Realtor at the Country Club Properties, in Stamford,
Connecticut, where she was commended for her dedication and
devotion to her clients as she made diligent efforts to follow
up on searching for the properties suitable to their needs
and/or to find suitable buyers for their properties she had
listed. Ferial is familiar with several foreign languages, and
has full knowledge of Persian-Farsi.
Since joining RAM Real Estate and Financial
Services, Ferial has been receiving routine training in mortgage
financing, which has prepared her to serve the clients
competently in the Real Estate transactions. Ferial’s public
relations skills and Real Estate experience, in conjunction with
her delicate taste and style in various fields of art -
painting, fashion, and decoration, have prepared her to be an
ideal Realtor. She is prepared to assist the home buyers and
